Equipment Introduction
The TSG series high-speed mixing granulator uses the vortex airflow generated by the rotation of the high-speed rotor to achieve forced stirring. One process can achieve dispersion, mixing, coating, and granulation. During the ball making and granulation process, it ensures the compactness and uniform shape of the sphere, which is not easily damaged. Technical Principle
Generate a curved airflow, and the two airflows interact with each other, causing the powder in the groove to rotate and be uniformly dispersed, mixed, and then combined with the use of a binder to achieve the function of coating and granulation.
Features of the equipment
1) A device simultaneously possesses functions of dispersion, mixing, blending, granulation, and encapsulation.
2) It can correspond to spherical granulation of ultrafine powder (nanometer level) to several millimeters (several um to several mm).

The purpose of mixed granulation is:
1) Improve the flowability of the powder
1) Wetting agents themselves have no or weak viscosity, but they can wet materials and induce their own viscosity, allowing them to aggregate into soft materials and form particles. For example: distilled water, ethanol.
2) Adjust the bulk density to improve solubility performance
3) Reduce dust flying and adhesion on the wall of the device
4) During the transportation and storage of materials, maintain the uniformity of the mixture to prevent segregation of components due to differences in particle size density
2) A viscous solid powder or viscous liquid that can aggregate and bond non viscous or less viscous materials into particles or compress them into shapes. Such as polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), carboxymethyl cellulose sodium (CMC Na), starch paste, syrup, etc.
