Basic Principles

The high-speed mixing spheroidizing machine is based on our TSG ordinary high mixing machine, and adds functions such as spheroidizing, compounding, and surface modification for micro particles on this basis.

The core of this device is the use of its special blade structure and high-speed rotation principle. When the equipment is running, the blades rotate at extremely high speeds, forming a vortex like powder movement. This not only allows one material to completely adhere (or embed) to another material (such as natural graphite), but also can be used for shaping the surface of a single particle, making the particle surface more rounded, and increasing the packing density. 7) The equipment has adjustable line speed, with a maximum line speed of over 100 meters per second;

8) This device is suitable for powder materials with toughness and ductility, such as various metal powders, alloy powders, natural graphite, etc.
