working principle

After the material is quantitatively added to the crushing chamber, the vortex generated by the high-speed rotating crushing disc will bring the material into the crushing area (the gap between the crushing disc and the gear ring), and under the action of negative pressure suction, it will enter the built-in classification chamber and be screened by the high-speed classification wheel. Qualified fine powder will pass through the classification wheel and then enter the subsequent dust collection equipment (cyclone separator, bag filter, etc.) through the pipeline. Those whose particle size still does not meet the standard will fall and be re impacted and crushed.

1) The integrated design of crushing and grading, combined with high-speed grading wheels and a special sealing structure, ensures that the product discharge particle size is uniform and controllable, with a narrow distribution range and no large particles mixed in.

2) The classifier is placed inside the machine body and can simultaneously complete the two processes of crushing and grading. By changing the speed of the grading wheel or adjusting the air volume of the fan, the product particle size can be easily changed, thus completing the crushing and grading process of different raw materials.

3) During the crushing and grading process, the high-speed airflow movement of the entire equipment ensures a low temperature rise inside the crushing chamber, making it suitable for crushing low melting point and weak thermal raw materials.

4) According to the characteristics of the material, a low dew point closed-loop system can be used for crushing, and key parts (such as the feeding mechanism gear ring, crushing knife, grading wheel, etc.) can be fully protected with engineering ceramics to avoid metal foreign object pollution.
