Equipment Introduction
The universal crusher utilizes the high-speed relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc. The crushed material is subjected to a combination of halogen impact, friction, and physical impact to achieve pulverization. This machine has a simple structure, is sturdy, runs smoothly, and has good crushing effect. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber of the main machine, and the particle size can be obtained by replacing different aperture mesh screens. In addition, the machine is made of all stainless steel, and the inner wall of the casing is fully printed and processed by a machine to achieve a smooth surface. Changed the phenomenon of fine powder accumulation on the inner wall of previous models, making the production of indenes, food, chemical and other products more in line with national standards and meet GMP requirements.
Basic Principles
This series of high-speed stainless steel crushers are all integral. Except for the main belt pulley which is made of iron, all others are made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and can ensure the purity of the crushed materials. This series of crushers is mainly composed of shop seats and machine lights. The main components consist of the spindle, movable disc, fixed disc, screen mesh, and hopper. The movable disc is fixed on the spindle, and the fixed disc is installed on the front cover. After the motor is started, the movable disc eye moves at high speed along with the main conveyor. This series of crushers is equipped with a dust removal box, which is integrated. The fine dust generated during the crushing process is extracted by a dust removal fan and filtered through a dust collector.
