Equipment features:
Suitable for fine grading of dry micrometer products, it can grade spherical, flake, and irregularly shaped particles, as well as particles of different densities.
The particle size of graded products can reach D97:3-150 microns, with infinitely adjustable particle size and extremely convenient variety replacement.
The classification efficiency (extraction rate) is 60% -90%. The classification efficiency is related to the properties of the material and the content of particles that meet the particle size requirements. If the material has good fluidity and the content of particles that meet the particle size requirements is high, the efficiency will be high; otherwise, it will be low.
The grading wheel has high rotational speed and accurate fixed-point cutting.
It can be used in series with grinding equipment such as ball mills, vibration mills, and Raymond mills to form a closed-loop system.
The control system adopts program control, with real-time display of operating status and easy operation.
