Anti corrosion treatment of flash drying equipment:

1. Firstly, all carbon steel parts should undergo sandblasting to remove rust, and the surface quality should meet the standard requirements;

2. Then apply epoxy iron red anti rust primer, followed by topcoat.

3. The coating should be uniform, shiny, and complete, without roughness, unevenness, or paint leakage. The paint film is firm, without peeling, cracks, etc.

4. After processing stainless steel components, perform surface passivation treatment on them.

5. Perform anti-corrosion treatment on the machined surface according to GB4879 standard requirements before packaging.

6. During transportation and installation, if the coating is damaged, the painting process must be strictly followed, and the quality level must not be lower than that of the original coating.
